Weather change

Today made me realize that the weather where I live is just chaotic.
It started with rainy and windy morning. In the afternoon suddenly there was snow falling down and it didn't stop.
So I readt the weather forecast and they said that the snow would end at 8 p.m.
And at 11 p.m. there would be 9°C.
What the hell is going on?
The same happened last summer, you had a few days that were over the top warm and the next few days it went cold with rain and back to being too damn hot.
There wasn't a single week with a pleasant summer weather.
Just too hot or too cold.
Is this really the cause of the climate change?
I'm not an expert on this matter and maybe I should inform myself better.
But where? Everyone is just saying different things.
People say that the climate change is caused by us humans, other people say the opposite.
While there are statistics that show that the temperature on earth has risen a lot since the industrialization, there also facts that the climate has always changed over the last thousands of years.
Is it really important to know what the cause of the climate change is or is it more important that we do something about it?
We already have electric cars or other renewable energies but is that necessary? For every single person to change their habits or would it make more sense that the big company's reduce their consumptions?
Questions over questions.
While we have this chaotic weather here, on the other side of the world in Los Angeles, they fight against a huge fire causing a lot of homes burning down. With only 20°C theses fires can only be made by humans. We are destroying ourselves over time.
