Routine

Doing something everyday the same way as the day before is what you call a routine.

When you do a few routines right after you wake up, you can be proud of yourself that you already have an accomplishment for the day.

You can start the day with a smile on your face.

And if we talk about smile, why don't you stand up from your bed go to the bathroom and smile at your mirror.

Then you will be the first happy face, you'll see.

But don't do a fake smile, think about something good or funny and then give it your all.

How about some stretching afterwards, your body stayed in the same position for most of your bedtime. Obviously it needs a bit of stretching.

Take out a book and read a page.

You think that's stupid?

After a year you have read an entire book this way.

Reading (and also writing) is the best training for your brain, so why don't we start with reading just a little bit.

I bought a book called "Every day a step".

It was meant to be read every single day and only one page.

Every page has also a date, so today is the 13th January, I'll go to the page with that day and read that story.

Now your brain is awake, let's focus on your body.

Do an exercise, something simple like "Jumping Jack".

Normally this is a warm up for a training session but you can use it to warm up your day.


A routine can make the beginning of your day already special.
